Description
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on complex litigation matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare for trials and hearings.
- Manage client relationships and communicate updates effectively.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and ethical practices.
- Contribute to business development efforts through networking and maintaining client relationships.

Profile
A successful Litigation Associate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in litigation within the professional services industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
