Description
- Handle intellectual property litigation and disputes, including patent, trademark, and copyright cases.
- Provide strategic counseling and advice to clients on intellectual property matters.
- Draft and negotiate agreements related to intellectual property transactions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, briefs, and opinions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs effectively.
- Advise clients on IP portfolio management and enforcement strategies.
- Stay updated on changes in intellectual property law and industry trends.
- Represent clients in administrative proceedings and other related legal forums.

Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong experience in intellectual property law, including litigation and counseling.
- Proficiency in managing complex legal projects and cases.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Admission to the District of Columbia State Bar.
