Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and business plan to drive growth and success in the life sciences industry.
- Oversee all operations and ensure alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead and inspire the executive team to achieve high levels of performance and accountability.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and in public forums.
- Drive innovation and ensure the company remains at the forefront of advancements in life sciences.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure the effective management of resources.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

- Full P&L management experience, bilingual or bilateral experience from both China and USA will be plus
- Familiar with AI aided drug development will be plus
