Our client is a successful and growing middle-market manufacturer of highly engineered component products for blue chip OEM’s in a variety of market segments, with aggressive long term growth plans. This person will lead an ambitious M&A growth strategy while undertaking transformative infrastructure and cultural initiatives.
The company is undertaking significant growth initiatives while undertaking the professionalizing of the finance and administration functions and is seeking a hands-on accounting/financial manager who can be a thought partner to the CEO and with experience in cost accounting, inventory management and insightful operational reporting. Ideally you will have an extensive background in high-mix/low-volume manufacturing and bring a roll-up-your-sleeves, in-the-trenches style. Some exposure to cost accounting along with background experience in implementing robust processes and systems in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment.
Your background experience will include working in the rigorous process environments demanded by OEM manufacturers in the aerospace, automotive, medical device, and contract manufacturing environments.
