Description
- Assist clients with legal matters related to life sciences and technology transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and contracts.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients in the life sciences and technology industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance.
- Conduct legal research and provide insights on industry-specific regulations.
- Support clients in intellectual property licensing and collaborations.

- Juris Doctor
