Description
- Advise clients in the life sciences sector on intellectual property and technology transactions.
- Draft, negotiate, and review licensing agreements, collaboration agreements, and other related contracts.
- Provide strategic legal counsel on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.
- Work closely with clients to identify and protect their intellectual property assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist clients in navigating complex legal landscapes in the professional services industry.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for transactions involving intellectual property.
- Stay updated on legal trends and developments in the life sciences field.

Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to a state bar in the United States.
