Page Auto Group is seeking an experienced, driven automotive service professional to join our management team in a Fixed Operations Leadership role.

What We're Looking For
The right candidate is a hands-on leader who understands that great fixed operations are built through people, process, accountability, and customer trust.
You should have demonstrated strength in:
- Leading and developing Service Advisors and service teams
- Improving customer satisfaction and retention
- Driving service sales, gross profit, and departmental profitability
- Advisor coaching and performance accountability
- Technician productivity and shop efficiency
- Effective labor rate and hours-per-RO improvement
- Warranty claims and manufacturer process compliance
- Managing open repair orders and workflow
- Recruiting, training, and retaining quality employees
- Using data and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
Prior franchised automotive dealership management experience is strongly preferred. Honda, Toyota, or other import-brand experience is a plus.
