What We're Looking For

We are looking for professionals who:

• Genuinely enjoy taking care of customers
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy
• Can confidently explain maintenance and repair recommendations
• Understand the importance of customer satisfaction, retention, and follow-up
• Are organized and able to manage multiple repair orders efficiently
• Work effectively with technicians and fellow team members
• Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through to resolution
• Are motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential
• Want to continuously learn, improve, and advance their careers

Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred. Franchised dealership, Honda, Toyota, or other import-brand experience is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
