We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and project teams. This role is an important part of keeping our projects, communication, and internal systems running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ability to shift priorities when needed - while maintaining organization and follow-through - is essential. Previous experience in a construction or design office is helpful but not required; strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are a must.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
- Providing administrative support to the office manager, estimator, project managers, and owner
- Preparing, organizing, and maintaining project forms and documentation
- Coordinating deliveries and assisting with project schedules
- Managing digital and physical files
- Assisting with general project coordination
- Performing light bookkeeping and data entry tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company
