The Accounting/HR Clerk provides essential support to the Chief Financial Officer and Human Resources Director by performing a wide range of accounting, administrative, and payroll duties. Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices and payments, preparing payroll and associated tax filings, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing state billing, and assisting with development of federal and state grant budgets. This position requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks and the ability to understand federal and state grant processes. The Accounting/HR Clerk will also be trained to serve as a backup for both the CFO and HR Director. Associates degree in accounting required / bachelors preferred; minimum of 3 years experience.
