Role Description
We are seeking a full-time General Accountant to join our team on-site at our Paducah, KY location. The General Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additional responsibilities include assisting with budgeting, auditing, and providing support during financial reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Accounting principles, Financial Reporting, and General Ledger management
- Experience with Account Reconciliation, Budgeting, and Auditing
- Proficiency in using Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a bonus
