Duties
- Welcome guests with enthusiasm, providing friendly and attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
- Assist in organizing and overseeing events, activities, and entertainment programs to ensure smooth execution
- Handle cash transactions accurately during food service or merchandise sales, maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Support safety protocols by monitoring guest behavior, especially around pools or recreational areas, with lifeguard experience preferred
- Engage with children and families through interactive activities, public speaking engagements, or guided tours to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across all guest areas
- Assist in social media duties
Experience
- Proven background in customer service or hospitality roles within resort, theater, or event environments
- Experience managing or coordinating events, activities, or entertainment programs
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally and calmly
- Lifeguard certification or experience working as a lifeguard is highly desirable for supervising aquatic areas
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and families in lively settings
- Excellent public speaking skills for leading tours or engaging groups in activities
- Previous food service experience is a plus for assisting in concessions or dining areas
