Job description:
Jumptwist Ninja is hiring multiple Guest Experience / Front Desk team members to join our fast-paced, family-friendly gym. We need dependable, positive, and customer-focused people who can work weekday evenings and weekends. You’ll be the first impression of our gym: greeting families, supporting coaches, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members and new guests with a friendly attitude
- Answer phones, emails, and texts with professionalism and confidence
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and client communication
- Keep the front desk, bathrooms and spectator area clean, organized, and presentable
- Provide 5 star customer service at all times
- Be reliable, punctual, and flexible for shift coverage and events
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (in person, phone, email, and text)
- Must love working with kids and families
- Dependable, respectful, and drama-free team player
- Positive personality with a professional, clean appearance
- Able to work weekday evenings and weekends
- Must pass a background check
