What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer Integration Technician position at Padova Technologies, Inc.?
We are a fast growing technology company that designs, builds and supports unique complex data processing systems. This position will require interests and varying levels of proficiency in computing hardware design, electro-mechanical design, project management, hardware integration and testing. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years experience in one or more disciplines. College degree is not mandatory.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with computing hardware and software
Skilled in mechanics and knowledge / use of standard hand tools
Physical requirements: lift to 50lbs, stand for prolonged periods of time
Self-motivated
Able to work in an unstructured environment
Must be able to work independently as well as with a team
Excellent attention to detail
Outstanding organizational skills
Creative problem-solving skills
Able to pass a background check
U.S Citizen Required
REQUIREMENTS:
Assemble various components, some being mechanical/electrical into larger assemblies
Assemble custom computer systems and ensure all components function together seamlessly
Maintain paperwork based upon activities completed
Project Management: Coordinating material schedules with the production process
- Project Engineering: Involved in initial requirements analysis, proposal writing
- Physical Integration: Assembly and test of computing hardware and software
- Rapid Prototyping: Utilize internal and external resources to build cool things quickly
**Ideal Skills: Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, Data networking, Experience with HPE, Cisco, Mellanox, Supermicro, Infiniband**
