Position Summary
Our Team Lead reports to the Operations Coach and is responsible for leading safe, efficient, and high-quality production and logistics operations during their assigned shift. This role drives performance through team leadership, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to PADNOS values and safety standards.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, weekends as needed
- 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Responsibilities
- Champion and reinforce PADNOS Safety Responsibility Rules to ensure a safe work environment
- Partner with the Operations Coach to evaluate workflows and implement improvements that increase efficiency and productivity
- Lead process improvements and apply effective problem-solving to address operational challenges
- Communicate clearly on mission-critical information and escalate risks appropriately
- Maintain working knowledge of buying, switching, and inventory management to support operational continuity
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to build capability and strengthen team performance
- Drive results by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, inclusion, fairness, and high performance
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met across all operations
- Support yard operations, including operating heavy equipment, as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- 2 years of team leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- 6 months of experience operating heavy equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
- Leads by example and supports team development
- Able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
