General Description
Leading Fabrication Shop personnel on 2nd shift.
Responsibilities of Position
- Ensures that high standards of safety are maintained at the facility.
- Leads 2nd shift personnel on daily tasks ensuring work is completed on time.
- Ensures that major equipment is maintained in safe, operable condition
- Notify management of recurring equipment malfunctions and corrective action taken or supplies needed.
Requirements of Position
- 1-3 Years of Supervisory Experience.
- Must have Welding and Fit Up Experience.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain logical follow-through on all projects.
- Good physical condition required – some lifting and outside work. Lifting up to 80 pounds, and 50 pounds repetitively.
- Must be able to perform work using gauges, tape measure and square.
- Must be able to read, understand and use fabrication drawings.
