Job Description

Paddy´s Beach Club is seeking a full-time seasonal and part-time seasonal Front of House Manager to join our Management Team. The 2025 season runs from May-September

Paddy´s Beach Club is high volume beachfront tourist destination with multiple revenue streams

Candidate must be energetic and have a passion for food, hospitality, and great experience.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following:

  • Restaurant management experience preferred. Willing to train motivated individuals with at least 2 years experience in a restaurant setting.
  • The ability to function well under pressure
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Open availability for scheduling
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
  • An understanding of restaurant POS systems, preferably TOAST
  • Experience with scheduling and online scheduling programs, preferably 7 Shifts
  • Ability to work a 50 hour week from May through September for Full Time
  • Ability to work a 25-30 hour week from May through September for Part Time
