Position Description:
- We are seeking a high-level Medical Receptionist to join our team.
- Internal title is Patient Care Coordinator (PCC).
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent patient care skills, superior customer service abilities, and advanced tech-savvy skills.
Duties:
- Ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients while efficiently managing administrative tasks.
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Patient Registration
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and manage the clinic’s calendar.
- Verify patient information and update electronic medical records (EMR) accurately.
- Insurance verifications
- Answering inbound calls/Making outbound calls
- Payment processing along with financial counseling
Locations & Travel
- Location(s): Greater Houston (Sugar Land, Pasadena, The Woodlands, Beaumont)
- You will need to travel to ALL locations to receive full-time hours.
- Travel to Beaumont 1-2 times per week required.
- Other travel may be required for training purposes or to provide coverage, with all travel accommodations fully paid for by the company.
Schedule:
- Mon-Fri
- Saturdays and/or Sundays (Between 2-6 weekend days per month) required
- 8-10 hour shifts; starts as early as 6:30 AM (patient-dependent).

Required:
- 18-month minimum commitment

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
