Position Description:
- Join our dynamic team at PAD Specialists as a Business Development Associate (BDA) - we are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn our proven methods and contribute to our mission of excellence.
- While extensive experience is not required, we value open-mindedness, a willingness to embrace our unique approach, and a commitment to driving results.
- We are searching for a motivated individual with: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster lasting relationships, strategic mindset to identify and secure referral opportunities, and most importantly, an open-minded approach, eager to learn and adopt our company’s proven strategies—experience is secondary to a willingness to grow with us.
- Base pay is $52 - $66K annually (depending on experience), but with bonuses and current volumes, you can be taking home 55K - 100K or more.
- If you are good and can grow our volumes you can get to 120K . Results (not effort) = Rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Engagement (70%): Travel to various doctor offices in the area to build and nurture professional relationships, promote referrals, and establish new referral connections.
- Administrative Duties (30%): Work from home to complete essential administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations and follow-through.
- Community Outreach: Act as a brand ambassador for PAD Specialists, increasing awareness of Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) within the community and driving appropriate referrals to our practice.
- Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure new referral sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
- Referral Management: Monitor referral patterns and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources, addressing any questions or concerns. Organize and participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and other promotional activities to enhance our presence and reputation.
Location/Travel:
- Location: Beaumont, Texas and surrounding areas.
- Travel for training may be required.
Schedule:
- Full-time (40hrs per week)
- Monday-Friday, Occasional Saturdays
