About the role

Pactum is seeking a driven, high-impact Talent Acquisition Specialist to help shape the future of our Go-To-Market organization. This is not a transactional recruiting role. It is for someone who wants to rethink how world-class GTM teams are built in an AI-first company and turn talent acquisition into a strategic advantage.

You will play a critical role in scaling Sales, Marketing, Operations, and related corporate functions by partnering closely with hiring managers and the People team to design smarter, faster, and more consistent hiring approaches. We are looking for someone who questions assumptions, elevates hiring standards, and builds repeatable recruiting systems that grow with the business.

In short, your mandate is to attract exceptional talent, improve hiring quality and speed, and help Pactum build a GTM organization capable of defining an entire category.

What you’ll be doing…
  • End-to-end recruiting ownership:
    Own full-cycle recruitment across GTM and corporate roles, from role definition and sourcing strategy to interview coordination, offer support, and closing.

  • Hiring manager partnership:
    Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping them clarify needs, challenge assumptions, and make confident, value-driven hiring decisions.

  • Pipeline development and sourcing:
    Build and maintain strong, forward-looking talent pipelines through proactive, creative sourcing and direct outreach.

  • Interview design and quality:
    Design, refine, and scale structured interview frameworks, assessments, and evaluation criteria to ensure consistent, fair, and high-quality hiring outcomes.

  • Candidate experience leadership:
    Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by serving as a clear, credible, and authentic voice of Pactum throughout the hiring journey.

  • Process improvement and scalability:
    Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency, consistency, and hiring impact as the company scales.

  • Cross-functional collaboration:
    Partner closely with the People team and business leaders to align hiring priorities with Pactum’s broader GTM strategy and growth goals.

What it takes to succeed…
  • A recruiter who challenges assumptions, raises the bar, and pushes for smarter, more strategic hiring approaches

  • A minimum of 3 years experience hiring senior GTM talent in a fast-paced, product-led tech environment. 

  • Strong in-house recruiting experience with a clear point of view on what great looks like in recruiting operations and stakeholder partnership

  • Deep recruiting craft with a strong focus on candidate experience, thoughtful search strategy, and a commitment to excellence

  • A team-first, low-ego mindset that is collaborative, curious, and energized by shared goals

  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and represent the company authentically to candidates

  • Comfort operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment where priorities evolve and impact matters more than rigid process
