Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: NYC - In office minimum 3 days per week

The Talent Acquisition Partner manages the recruitment processes, collaborating with department managers to identify hiring needs and creating candidate pipelines. With a focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship management, this role contributes to recruitment campaigns and other recruiting activities as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Manage recruitment workflow and serve as an advisor to the customers' business.

· Collaborate regularly with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.

· Create recruitment profiles for high-impact candidates for various levels of roles.

· Develop and maintain candidate pipelines as applicable.

· Screen candidate applications for roles with the Catalyst Family of Brands.

· Contribute to stakeholder engagement by identifying needs and concerns.

· Contribute to the creation of recruitment campaigns and assessment centers.

· Develop and implement a relationship management plan for existing client groups.

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

· 3-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

· Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing methodologies.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong planning and organizational skills.
