Qualifications:
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- 3 years administrative experience to include experience with payroll, benefits, safety and/or Human Resources
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills needed
- Prior experience with HRIS systems required (Workday, UKG, and iCIMS is a plus)
- Advance skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Provide human resources administrative support to the manufacturing facility
- Weekly payroll processing including:
- Processing adjustments
- Shoe and safety glasses reimbursement
- Employee referral bonuses
- Resolving errors with timecards and payroll
- Process employee changes in Workday (promotions, pay-for-skills progression, shift changes, department changes, etc.)
- Terminations – process action in Workday, complete termination checklist, send termination notices.
- Assist employees and management team with HRIS systems (Workday and UKG)
- Coordinate FMLA/STD paperwork, notify supervisors of employee leave status
- Maintain HR Master data & personnel files and running/maintaining reports
- Assist employees with basic HR questions related to company policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the facility which may include routing calls, mail and faxes, copying and filing, ordering supplies
- May lead employee engagement team (Let’s Collaborate)
- Coordinate/assist with facility event activities and celebrations
- Assist with training activities such tracking training records for employees in Pay-for-Skills, and monthly and annual training requirements
