What are the responsibilities and job description for the HRIS Manager position at PACS?
About PACS
PACS Group, Inc. is a publicly traded post-acute and senior care provider operating 300 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across the country with nearly 50,000 employees. Our technology team supports the platforms that keep our facilities staffed, paid, and compliant — and Workday sits at the center of that mission.
The Opportunity
We are hiring an HRIS Manager (Workday) to lead the technical administration of our core HR technologyplatform. Reporting to the Director of ERP Systems, this manager will own the day-to-day technical health of our Workday HR modules and lead a team of analysts who configure, support, and optimize the platform.
This is a hands-on manager role. You will spend most of your time leading people, triaging technical issues, reviewing configuration work, coordinating with HR and Payroll partners, and keeping the release cadence on track. The ideal candidate has deep Workday configuration experience in multiple HR modules and is ready to step into (or grow within) a leadership role.
