Busser Responsibilities Include:

Table Maintenance:

• Clearing and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a seamless dining experience.
• Ensuring all tabletop items, including salsa, chips, and condiments, are well-stocked and presented attractively.

Supporting Service Team:

• Assisting servers by delivering food, refilling beverages, and responding promptly to guest requests.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate smooth service.

Cleaning and Sanitation:

• Sweeping and mopping floors in the dining area and designated service areas.
• Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles regularly.
• Keeping restrooms clean and well-stocked.

Guest Interaction:

• Providing friendly and attentive service to guests as needed.
• Responding courteously to guest inquiries and requests.

Team Collaboration:

• Working closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to maintain a positive and efficient teamwork environment.
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry trays of dishes and bus tubs.
• Stamina to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and bustling restaurant environment.
