Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a clean, upbeat, and welcoming environment guests won’t want to leave
• Build genuine connections with guests—our customers are the life of the party
• Communicate clearly with both guests and team members regarding menu items, specials, and updates
• Ensure all food and beverages are delivered accurately and meet quality standards
• Work collaboratively and jump in to support teammates whenever needed

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is required
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders
• Comfortable handling cash and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
