Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst (BIDA) to partner with PACO Group’s leadership team in driving our transition to a data-driven business model. This role will leverage internal and external data to design dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights that inform business strategies, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market opportunities.
The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and innovative, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable strategies and compelling visualizations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, leveraging predictive analysis, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven tools where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Integration
- Extract, transform, and analyze financial, project, and operational data from NetSuite, Oracle, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise systems.
- Integrate structured and unstructured data sources, including social media, marketing platforms, and customer engagement tools.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency, incorporating AI/ML models to enhance forecasting and anomaly detection.
Reporting & Visualization
- Design, build, and maintain interactive BI dashboards and KPIs using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Provide executive-level reporting on revenue performance, project outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer/market trends.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling, and visually impactful insights for leadership, utilizing AI-powered features to improve clarity and predictive capability.
Strategic Insights & Market Analysis
- Collaborate with leadership to identify business objectives and translate them into measurable, data-driven strategies.
- Monitor digital engagement, social media analytics, and brand presence to refine competitive strategy and uncover new opportunities.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify Blue Ocean opportunities for business differentiation and growth.
- Support decision-making on pricing models, customer acquisition, and long-term digital transformation initiatives informed by advanced analytics and AI.
Collaboration & Business Partnering
- Work cross-functionally with finance, marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, shaping both tactical actions and long-term strategies.
- Stay current on emerging tools, AI applications, and analytics technologies to strengthen PACO’s data capabilities.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or business strategy roles, preferably in the engineering, construction, or infrastructure industries.
Technical Skills
- Proven expertise with NetSuite/Oracle for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong SQL, Excel, and data management skills.
- Proficiency with BI visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, data governance, and data integration practices.
- Knowledge of digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, etc.).
Preferred Skills
- Background in digital marketing analytics, e-commerce, or social media performance measurement.
- Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, or machine learning.
- Familiarity with Blue Ocean Strategy frameworks.
- Prior experience in fast-growing or mid-market organizations.
Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey technical findings to non-technical audiences.
