About the Role:
We’re looking for a Seasonal Order Entry Associate to join our dynamic team, remotely within the United States temporarily from mid-October to January. You will work closely with various departments, including Sales and Operations to support company growth by receiving, reviewing and and processing orders. The successful candidate will combine superior attention to detail and organizational skills with excellent client service abilities. Responsibilities:
- Client Order Processing: Manage inbound prospect and client inquiries, including receiving and processing orders, error-free, into order management system (Hubspot)
- Customer Support: Address questions through email and chatbot; investigate errors or concerns; collaborate with Sales Managers to identify and offer solutions swiftly and professionally
- Use proactive problem solving to competently and quickly resolve customer needs of varying complexity e.g. questions on how to place orders, updating order data such as gift message or shipping address
Must-Haves:
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- At least 1 year of experience with Hubspot (Required)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
- Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment and work across business needs
- Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, representing the Packed with Purpose values
- Ability to prioritize projects and structure daily workflow according to deadlines, business need and shipping schedules
- Excellent organizational skills, including exceptional attention to detail
- Creativity and curiosity to address inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions
- Desire to partner with a dynamic team and genuine support of our mission to create social impact
- Ability to work during regular US business hours (approximately 9am -6pm CT)
