Shipping Clerk

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our team. You will need to have strong communication & computer skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry of all shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy.

Duties

• Process outbound orders in system.
• · Enter inbound receiving to help ensure inventory accuracy in a timely manner.
• · Assist with scheduling outbound shipments in accordance with freight policy.
• Clear loads through Canadian customs.
• · Maintain an organized filing system for all inbound and outbound shipments.
• · Assist with customer account set up.
• · Monitor and report backlog status to sales and procurement.
• · Provide timely, accurate, and competent responses to all order related customer inquiries.
• · Support sales team, central customer service, and operations activities.
• · Manage email accounts relating to order/sales process.
• · Reporting weekly and monthly data and information across the team as necessary.
• · Support costumer complaint resolution, offer suitable remedies and substitutes within the allotted timeframes, and follow up to ensure completion.
• · Observe communication protocols, rules, and policies -Go above and beyond.
• Proven experience in warehouse management, shipping & receiving, or related roles
• Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and e-commerce logistics
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
