We are seeking a detailed-oriented, responsible, and highly efficient professional to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks including organizing documents, filing, scheduling meetings and answering phones. The ideal candidate will work well on a team and be comfortable with engaging in small talk on the phone. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Input data in Construction Trackers
- Create and send out email messages.
- Organize and manage multiple projects and assignments.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide information to Construction Team
- Schedule meetings and attend remote meetings.
- Order materials for Construction Team
- Coordinate vendor visits and scheduling
- Maintain subcontractor database.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of QuickBooks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
