What You’ll Do
- Operate our Customer relationship platform to help address customer concerns.
- Manage incoming phone calls, appointment reminders, and repair status updates. scheduling appointments.
- Ensure accurate documentation of repair orders and customer information
- Assist with warranty submissions, parts coordination, and service follow-up
- Support overall shop flow to help ensure timely, high-quality repairs
- Experience in automotive service, customer service, or scheduling (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable using computers and dealership management systems
- Positive attitude and a team-first approach
