Essential Job DutiesAssist the CTA Curbside Improvement Program in the receipt, distribution and maintenance of submittals. Perform construction contract correspondence, document and plan control function, input data into PM Web, and prepare management information status report, as required. Update and maintain logs for submittals and RFIs in PM Web, the project information system. Maintain project files and document / submittal management systems (hard and electronic copies). Work with the Contractor(s) to ensure the drawings are posted efficiently and in a timely manner.
Distribute documents, submittals and RFIs for review; track and compile responses/review comments, obtain management approval and issue responses to Contractor(s). Manipulate electronic files of various formats to create exhibits for presentations and meetings.Complete other responsibilities and assist as assigned to support the project such as: attend and document project meetings (write agendas and minutes), perform expediting functions, and prepare and maintain an expediting log; etc. Hardware/Software KnowledgeProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and BluebeamAbility to work in PM Web preferred Professional Experience Level/Other Qualifications5 years or more experience, preferably on airport projectsExperience with projects more than $50 million in value.Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design CMAR and Design/BuildExcellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations Education/TrainingBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or other related field requiredOptional certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc. or any other relevant professional license or certifications.

Salary : $90,000 - $98,000
