  • Track, log, and monitor contractor submittals to ensure timely review and distribution to design teams and project stakeholders
  • Maintain organized hard-copy and electronic project files; oversee document and submittal management systems

Project & Design Support:

  • Distribute documents, submittals, and RFIs for review; track review comments, compile responses, obtain management approval, and issue formal responses to contractors
  • Work with contractors to ensure drawings and project documents are posted and updated in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with contractors, design teams, inspectors, and project managers to support clear and consistent information flow
  • Manipulate various electronic file formats to create exhibits, graphics, and supporting materials for meetings and presentations

Administrative & Field Coordination:

  • Support field operations by coordinating with field engineers and superintendents to maintain alignment between project documentation and field activities
  • Assist in preparing construction meeting agendas, presentations, and action item logs
  • Perform additional project support duties, including attending and documenting project meetings, writing agendas and minutes, expediting processes, and maintaining expediting logs
  • Ensure proper filing, organization, and archiving of all project records in accordance with established project standards

Qualifications

Required:
