Our newest venture, PlanCheckPro.AI, is changing how plan reviews are done. This proprietary platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze building plans and automate code compliance reviews, cutting review time from weeks to hours.
The Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Professional to drive adoption of PlanCheckPro.AI and expand Pacifica’s footprint across developers, architects, engineers, and contractors. You’ll bridge the gap between tech and construction, positioning PlanCheckPro.AI as the standard for fast, compliant, AI-powered plan review.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for PlanCheckPro.AI in South Florida.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in development, construction, and design firms
- Represent Pacifica and PlanCheckPro.AI at industry events, demos, and meetings
- Coordinate with internal marketing and technical teams to craft proposals, presentations, and case studies
- Manage sales funnel and activity tracking using our CRM
- Provide client feedback to support ongoing software development and product improvements
Qualifications
- 3 years in business development or sales (AEC industry experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Tech-savvy with interest or experience in SaaS, permitting, or construction tech
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up discipline
