Role Description
The Head Varsity Girls' Flag Football Coach will lead the varsity girls’ flag football program, overseeing all aspects of coaching, team development, and operational management. Responsibilities include planning and running practices, implementing effective strategies, leading the team during games, and fostering a positive and competitive athletic environment. The coach will also focus on mentoring and developing athletes’ skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. There is a potential on-campus position for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- Strong football coaching knowledge, including game strategies, player development, and team leadership
- Experience in mentoring athletes and fostering teamwork and sportsmanship
