Role Overview:
As a Dietary Aide at Pacific View Assisted Living and Memory Care, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our residents by ensuring they receive nutritious and delicious meals. In this role, you’ll work closely with the culinary team to maintain our high standards of food quality and service while upholding our core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve meals that are appetizing, nutritious, and meet dietary requirements.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of dining areas and meal service stations.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure meals meet quality and presentation standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to resident requests and special dietary needs.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills:
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents, families, and other staff members.
- Experience in a similar role or environment is a plus.
- An Oregon Food Handler's Permit or willingness to obtain one.

This position is Full-Time, Holidays and Weekends required
