Pacific Tastemaker is a design inspired Pacific coast lifestyle apparel and gift boutique at Woodburn Premium Outlets. We are passionate about living in the Pacific Northwest and we share this with guests through our brand.

The ideal candidate:

• provides authentic customer service and makes people feel at home.
• is passionate about the Pacific coast, design, and well made goods and pays attention to detail. Presentation is very important.
• be warm and very personable, dress well, and be presentable
• enjoys working in a small boutique environment one on one.
• should be okay working independently and alone most of the time.
• opens new product shipments and checks them in when they arrive.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Individual shifts are typically 4-5 hours per day. You typically work only one shift per scheduled day.
• Our shifts are 10 am to 3pm OR 3pm to 7/8pm. So, you must be available to work some of those shifts especially Mondays through Thursdays and weekends.
• You will be mostly working alone, so if you're someone who needs to be around a team of coworkers, this is not the job for you.
• 12 to 25 hours available per week per team member and we will work with you based on your schedule if you're the right candidate.
• You need to provide a great experience for customers, drive sales, work independently, and use good judgment.
• You must be a mature, responsible, independent, reliable, on time, and committed grown up. If that's not you, please don't apply.

PREFERENCES

• You must be at least 18 years old with your own reliable transportation and a driver's license to apply for this position.
• Priority will be given to candidates with prior experience in retail and/or sales. Experience in retail is preferred, but not required.
• Speaking Spanish is a bonus.
