About the Role: We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can both lead strategy and execute at a high level. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to take ownership of growth across multiple service lines.
You will play a key role in driving revenue through lead generation, cross-selling, and market expansion. This includes identifying new opportunities, optimizing campaigns, and leveraging modern tools, including AI, to scale results.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Drive cross-selling between records management and shredding services
- Identify and expand into new markets, including residential shredding
- Evaluate and implement new marketing channels, tools, and growth opportunities
Campaign Execution & Performance
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and email
- Build and improve lead generation and conversion funnels
- Execute local initiatives including trade shows, events, and sponsorships
- Track performance and continuously improve ROI
AI & Marketing Innovation
- Leverage AI tools and prompting techniques to improve campaign performance, content creation, and operational efficiency
- Identify ways to use AI to automate processes, enhance targeting, and scale marketing output
Brand & Content
- Maintain consistent branding across service lines and subsidiaries
- Oversee content development across digital, print, and in-market channels
Collaboration
- Partner with sales to align on lead quality and conversion
- Manage and collaborate with external agencies and vendors
- Support field marketing efforts and on-site event execution
What Success Looks Like
- Increased cross-selling between core service lines
- Growth in residential shredding customer acquisition
- Strong lead generation and measurable contribution to revenue
- Consistent pipeline generation from events and market presence

- Salesforce (CRM)
- Constant Contact (email marketing)
- Apollo.io (lead generation)
- Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta platforms
- Working knowledge of AI tools and effective prompting for marketing applications
Qualifications
- Experience managing both digital and traditional marketing channels
- Strong understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, and analytics
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using AI tools and applying prompting techniques to drive marketing performance
- Self-starter with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution ability
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for events and trade show support
Work Environment
- On-site in Stockton, CA
- Regular travel to Fresno, Sacramento, and Reno markets
- Occasional travel for trade shows and industry events
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000
