- Salary: $135K-$155K per year (DOE)

- Hybrid: 4 Days on site.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR and payroll operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with employment laws.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, recruitment plans, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, 401(k) administration, workers’ compensation, and payroll accuracy.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and highly sensitive internal investigations.
- Partner with senior leadership on organizational development, staffing needs, and strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate HR records and collaborate with legal counsel on HR related matters.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 6–10 years of HR experience, including 2 years in management.
- Strong HR generalist background across staffing, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and compensation.
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SPHR preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel between Menlo Park and Sacramento as needed.
Salary : $135,000 - $155,000
