Pacific Sands is a home design and engineering firm based in Southern California, specializing in designing building plans and construction documents for Residential and Commercial construction projects. We designs plans for ADUs, Additions, Remodels, New Construction, Rebuild plans from the LA fires, and other design and structural engineering services.
Role Description
This is a full-time IN-OFFICE role for a Sales Executive located in either our Los Angeles office or San Diego office. The Sales Executive will be responsible for all day-to-day sales activities, reaching out to all new leads, creating proposals, nurturing prospects, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets through good old fashioned calling, emailing, and texting.
We are a small team of about 25 people, but growing quickly. We've just expanded into new verticals, and the sales team needs a leader to help our growth continue. Specifically, we sell our services (designs, architectural plans, structural engineering plans, and permit assistance) to mostly home owners, but also contractors and other service providers. If you have experience selling construction projects, this is the exact same process.
Fully Qualified Warm Inbound Leads Provided! We bring in a substantial amount of warm leads, which will be the primary source of sales. Any successful candidate will need to be able to keep up with this inflow of leads and conversation.
The pace required for this role is very very fast. This position requires someone who can consistency handle a large amount of information about potential clients and their potential projects. You'll need to be able to handle inbound calls, make outbound calls, and reply to texts and emails from our potential customers.
We would Love to see someone with:
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, construction or real estate industry
- Knowledge of building plans, permitting processes, and construction documents
- Must be comfortable with technology.
Pay:
- This role is Base Commission.
- Target earnings are $150K . No Commission Caps. (this is not a made up number like you will see for most sales jobs)
