This role is highly collaborative and designed for someone who can operate with structure today while growing toward broader commodity ownership.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers capable of meeting semiconductor quality, documentation, and cleanliness requirements.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Sales to support NPI timelines and customer expectations.
  • Support tooling development, first article approvals, and transition from prototype to production.
  • Drive supplier performance improvements in quality, delivery, responsiveness, and cost.
  • Maintain accurate sourcing, pricing, and supplier data within ERP systems.
  • Contribute to scalable sourcing strategies and supplier development efforts that support long‑term growth.

  • Motivated to grow into expanded commodity or supplier management responsibility over time.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–6 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, NPI buying, or supplier development within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands‑on experience managing RFQs, supplier negotiations, and cost analysis.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally to meet program timelines and customer requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting semiconductor customers or semiconductor equipment manufacturers.
