About The Role
Work under close direction and supervision of the Principal to instruct kindergarten students on language, science and mathematics using Montessori teaching methods, including lecture and demonstration; supervise activities, such as fields visits, group discussions, and dramatic play acting; foster cooperative social behavior through games and group projects to assist children in forming social relationships with other children; direct students in simple spelling, mathematics, singing, dancing, and drawing to promote self-expression and rudimentary knowledge of language, art and science.
$59,000/year - $65,000/year; 40 hours/week
Requirements
2 years’ experience in job offered or as a Child and Family Support Specialist. AMS(American Montessori Society) Associate Infant &Toddler Credential or AMS (American Montessori Society) Associate Early Childhood Credential.
