Entry-Level Field Copier Service Technician
Location: Honolulu, HI (Field-Based | Territory Near You)
Are you looking to start a hands-on career in a growing technology industry? We’re looking for an Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Honolulu area. This is a field position supporting customers throughout Honolulu and surrounding communities.
Paid training is provided—no prior technician experience required!
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain office equipment such as copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers in the field
- Communicate clearly with customers to ensure a positive service experience
- Diagnose and resolve unique technical issues
- Manage your time, daily service calls, and assigned territory efficiently
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, or similar equipment is a plus
- Strong computer skills are a plus
- A problem-solver who enjoys hands-on work and customer interaction
