What You'll Do
As a Field Service Technician, you'll be trusted to manage your own territory while providing exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities include:
- Diagnose and repair copiers, printers, production devices, and related office equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment installations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and networking issues.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional, reliable service.
- Manage your daily schedule, service calls, and parts inventory efficiently.
- Work closely with our experienced service team to resolve challenging issues.
We want technicians who enjoy working in the field and take pride in doing the job right.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience servicing Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Sharp, Kyocera, HP, Lexmark, Xerox, or similar office equipment.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic networking and computer knowledge.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily service territory.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
