What You’ll Do
- Run the schedule with authority — like a conductor guiding an orchestra, you keep every moving part in sync.
- Coordinate with customers and contractors — the bridge that keeps both sides connected and steady.
- Keep clients updated — communication is the glue that holds trust together.
- Review purchase orders — with a jeweler’s eye for detail, nothing slips past you.
- Support technicians in the field — their steady anchor when things get hectic.
- Close out jobs with follow-through — tying the final bow so customers leave impressed and loyal.
- Step in wherever needed — the dependable multitasker who keeps the shop humming.
Requirements
- Applicants must be based on Kauai or actively relocating.
- 1–2 years of office or clerical experience preferred (but raw talent and grit can replace it).
- Strong communication — written, verbal, and over the phone.
- Proficient with technology and typing.
- Obsession with detail — average isn’t good enough here.
- Problem-solver by instinct — you don’t freeze when things go sideways.
- Adaptable under pressure — fast-changing schedules and field conditions are your battlefield.
