What You’ll Do
- Manage the daily schedule, dispatch technicians, assign jobs, and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with customers and contractors to confirm deadlines, updates, and project details.
- Track fabrication purchase orders with precision.
- Support technicians in the field with scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Close out jobs accurately and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Step in as needed to handle phones, customer questions, or office responsibilities.

Requirements
- Based in Kauai or willing to relocate.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office role, administrative assistant position, or scheduling coordinator role.
- Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication.
- Tech-savvy and fast with typing/data entry.
- Detail-focused and organized under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset.
