Digital Media Sales Executive

PMG Digital is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Executive to help grow our client base and deliver effective advertising solutions.  This role requires strong communication skills, consistent outreach, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline from initial prospecting through contract signing.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a prioritized prospect list, identifying high-value opportunities and initiating contact through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Add qualified prospects into the company CRM and ensure all deal information, contacts, value, market, and lead source is accurately maintained.
• Conduct outreach to secure meetings, present solutions, and assess client needs.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, documenting products and key details within the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal team members to develop and finalize contracts.
• Move deals through each stage of the sales cycle and update activities to reflect progress.
• Coordinate with Account Managers/Coordinators to ensure signed contracts are properly handed off for client onboarding and campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Tech savvy with an understanding of modern digital media.
• Comfortable with cold calling, writing professional emails and in person meetings.
• Highly motivated, outgoing, strong communication, organization, and CRM management skills.
• Comfortable conducting outreach to new businesses, building relationships, and presenting solutions.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Compensation

$60,000 base plus commission, during ramp up period.

On target earnings of $80,000 - $120,000
