About the Role
PMAD is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate I to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in producing high-quality products.
In this role, you will assist with production batches, material handling, equipment operation, documentation, sanitation, and general manufacturing support in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with manufacturing and production processes
- Weigh, measure, stage, and transfer ingredients and materials
- Operate assigned equipment after training
- Complete production records and documentation accurately
- Follow safety, sanitation, quality, and cGMP procedures
- Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment
- Report equipment issues, quality concerns, and safety risks
- Support production, packaging, warehouse, and QA teams as needed
Qualifications Required
- Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging, warehouse, or related environments
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English or Spanish
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Preferred
- Experience with food, supplement, confectionery, or nutraceutical manufacturing
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
