Pacific Life is hiring Licensed Financial Services Representatives in Omaha, NE and Charlotte, NC to serve as a trusted resource for policyholders and financial professionals navigating meaningful financial moments. This is a fully inbound role — no cold calling, no sales quotas, no book of business to maintain. Just meaningful work, a structured environment, and a clear path forward.
Licensed candidates move to our hybrid schedule immediately - in office one day a week.
At Pacific Life, Licensed Financial Services Representatives are a trusted guide for policyholders and contract owners during meaningful financial moments. When customers call, they’re often making decisions about protecting their families, planning for retirement, or navigating a life event. Your work helps ensure they get accurate information, timely support, and a smooth experience when it matters most.
This is a high-volume phone role, handling approximately 40–60 inbound calls per day from policyholders, contract owners, and financial professionals. This role requires FINRA SIE and Series 6/7 licenses. Many of our current operations, team lead, and leadership roles are filled by people who started exactly here. We promote from within, and this role is one of the most common entry points into a long-term career at Pacific Life.

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

What You’ll Do
- Handle 40–60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals
- Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details
- Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Process requests and document interactions in internal systems
- Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers in real time
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
- Enjoy helping people and solving problems
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Are comfortable in a high-volume call environment
- Learn new concepts quickly and adapt to change
- Stay organized while managing multiple tasks and systems
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or similar)
- FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 licenses
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfort using multiple computer systems
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in financial services or insurance
Compensation By Level
- Specialist: Omaha: $29 - $31 per hour/Charlotte: $30 - $32
- Sr. Specialist: Omaha: $32-$34 per hour/ Charlotte: $33 - $35
