We Offer Competitive Pay And Bonus Package That Includes
- Starting compensation of $50,300 during training ($24.18/hr.) plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings
- Potential to increase their total compensation to $57,530 within their 1st year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases:
- $52,300 base ($25.14/hr.)
- 10% bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance
- Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts include up to 20% additional compensation, dependent on shift.

Requirements
- Ability to work 8:00am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday during Schwab's training program, on-site.
- After training is complete, ability to work assigned shift to accommodate business needs to include evening, overnight, and weekend options.
- Benefits of working evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts include increased compensation and remote work opportunities for qualifying shifts.
- Your Talent Advisor will walk you through the training schedule, available shift groups, and the shift assignment process during the interview.
- Weekend Day Shift (Start between 6:30am-9:30am CT, includes 1-2 weekend days): Potential to work remote after training IF working both weekend days are assigned
- Weekday Evening Shift (Start 11am-5pm CT, Monday-Friday): In office
- Weekday Overnight Shift (Start 7:30pm CT, Monday-Thursday): Potential to work fully remote after training
- Previous customer service or client relationship experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
- Passion for providing service to clients
- Motivation to learn about the securities industry including the basic principles of equity, option, and mutual fund transactions
- Robust communication to include influencing and client engagement skills
- Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
- Demonstrated success navigating multiple computer applications
