As we continue our next phase of growth, we’re making a small number of strategic senior hires. After achieving sustained year‑on‑year growth of around 30% over the past two years, we’re introducing two - US newly created senior delivery roles to help shape the future of our firm.

The role
As a senior delivery leader, you will:
- Lead end‑to‑end executive search assignments
- Own and lead client relationships, or partner closely with another senior member of the team, while acting as the primary delivery lead
- Manage, mentor, and develop delivery teams (consultants and/or associates)
- Balance delivery excellence with people leadership and commercial contribution
- Act as a senior point of escalation and guidance across assignments
- Contribute to the evolution of delivery standards and ways of working as the business continues to scale
- You will operate with a high degree of independence and have direct access to senior leadership.
Experience:
- Significant experience in retained executive search (typically 7 years)
- Background within a boutique or mid‑size search firm preferred
- Manufacturing sector experience ideal, though adjacent sectors are equally considered
- Exposure to different organisational structures and ways of working is a plus
- Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end search assignments
- Comfortable leading senior client relationships
- People management experience (ideally 2 years), including responsibility for delivery quality and team development
- Able to balance hands‑on delivery with leadership and accountability
